My Daily Routine & Lifestyle Reset

Why This Routine Matters


Better habits = Better mindset = Better health = Better future.
This routine will help me improve my sleep, energy, studies, health, discipline, and focus.
Stay consistent. Discipline is more powerful than motivation.

My School Day Schedule (Monday–Thursday)


 05:00 – Wake up: drink water, stretch, cold face wash, no phone for 30 mins.
 05:30 – Light breakfast: toast, eggs, or oats.
 06:45 – Leave for school.
 14:00 – School ends.
 14:45 – Arrive home, eat lunch/snack, rest 15 min.
 15:30 – Do chores: Chop wood and light fireplace (winter).
 16:00 – Study / Homework (1.5 hrs).
 17:30 – Learn about money/skills (1 hr).
 18:30 – Dinner.
 19:00 – Entertainment / free time (1 hr).
 20:00 – No screens – wind down, read or stretch.
 21:00 – Sleep.

Friday Routine
 05:00 – Wake up: start like a normal school day.
 06:45 – Leave for school.
 13:30 – School ends.
 14:50 – Arrive home (transport delay), eat lunch/snack.
 15:30 – Do chores: Chop wood and light fireplace.
 16:00 – Light study or review (1 hr).
 17:00 – Free time or explore a hobby.
 18:30 – Dinner.
 19:00 – Entertainment / relax.
 20:00 – Wind down.
 21:00 – Sleep.

Saturday Routine
 07:00 – Wake up and eat breakfast.
 08:00 – Do laundry (and other chores).
 10:00 – Study / Learn something new (1.5 hrs).
 12:00 – Lunch + rest.
 13:00 – Learn about money / build skills (1.5 hrs).
 15:00 – Entertainment / free time (1 hr).
 16:00 – Outdoor activity or hobby time.
 18:00 – Dinner.
 19:00 – Relax, read, wind down.
 21:00 – Sleep.

Sunday = Reset Day


- Wake up later (08:00–09:00)
- Clean room, plan the week
- Reflect and journal
- Watch a good movie or series
- Cut screen time after 19:00

My Rules for Success


1. Don’t chase motivation, chase discipline.
2. One bad day doesn’t mean the week is ruined – restart.
3. Track your habits (use a calendar or notebook).
4. Surround yourself with content/people that inspire you.
