The most important changes
§ If the battery and all generators buttons are switched off, then the electricity in the cockpit is
missing of course. But now all buttons and lamps do not light anymore (for example radio buttons on the
pedestal panel and the trim displays). Even if you clicks on the buttons, they will not light up. Only when
the battery and generators buttons are ON!
§ Each rotary knob is easier to use now. You just have to drag the mouse to the left or right and the knob is
rotate to the correct direction.
§ The TO / GA command is on the " + " sign (glareshield panel) and on Throttle lever, and they work the same
way.
                                                      1
§ With the A/T button on the glareshield panel you can only activate the autothrottle but not deactivate
anymore.
A/T Disconnect works now only on the throttle lever and the mouse region is only available if autothrottle is
active.
§ The new mouse regions for the Glare Shield Panel and EFIS Panel Knobs.
                                                      2
§ FUEL TO REMAIN Selector: you need to click on the selector so he jumps up, and only then you can turn
it with the mouse at the edge. On the same fashion also work:
Landing Altitude (LDG ALT) Selector; MAP Selector (spotlight); CHART / WORKTABLE Selectors (spotlight).
§ All knobs for each display brightness are working and with the WXR (weather radar) knob you can now
dim the weather illustration.
                                                    3
§ Many buttons and knobs are animated now, but some are not animated or false animated (toggle
instead of push). This is because some animations require code reprogramming, and I am not a programmer
and I have no idea about it :(
§ A little fake Oxygen Mask test :)
§ To arm the Speed Brakes, simply click on the lever.
                                                        4
§ You can adjust the brightness on each FMC.
§ If the Cutoff Switches are set to RUN, then you can not pull out the DISCH lever. If the Cutoff Switches
are set to CUTOFF, then you can pull out the lever (klick on klick region 1) and then you can turn it and the fire
extinguished (klick and hold a few seconds on klick region 2). The APU DISCH lever you can immediately pull out
and turn it, because the APU fire is not simulated.
§ If you want to test the new red lighting of the Cutoff switches and DISCH levers, then click on the
FIRE/OVHT TEST button.
                                                         5
§ The IND LTS TEST switch now works slightly different. To test the LEDs, simply click on the TEST click
region and the switch moves up and after a few seconds he jumps back to DIM. When you click on the BRT
clicking region, then all LEDs in the cockpit will shine brighter. If you click again on BRT clicking region, then
the switch jumps back to DIM and the LEDs will shine darker.
§ All light knobs operate as in a real 777, but there are a few restrictions:
The STORM button turns on the DOME lights, indicator lights and circuit breakers green light.
All the little knobs for FLOOD lighting you can only rotate when the battery is ON. If the battery is ON and
FLOOD lighting is ON too and you switch the battery button to OFF, then you can still turn the FLOOD knobs
back and turn off the lighting. When you release the mouse, you can not rotate the knob again. All
Spotlight knobs work the same way!
To turn on the MASTER BRIGHT knob, you have first to click on the middle button (1), then the big knob (2)
will be active. This controller activates the complete green lighting in the cockpit, but the display brightness
I have not implemented, I believe that no one wants them darker than they already are :)
                                                         6
§ The knob for the passenger cabin light I've placed beside the cockpit door.
§ The Cockpit Voice Recorder test only works if the battery button is ON.
These were only the most important changes you should know! I would not describe every little thing,
please find it out for yourself.
