Invitation to Join Our Barangay Volleyball Organization

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Warm greetings!

The A Volleyball Association (AVA) is a community-based association


committed to promoting fitness, camaraderie, and sportsmanship among
the youth through volleyball activities. Every Saturday, we hold volleyball
games starting at 8:00 AM at the Flexihomes Covered Court, V&G
Subdivision, Brgy. 109-A, where students and residents of various ages and
skill levels come together to enjoy and improve their skills.

We have recently concluded a volleyball tournament last June 2025, which


featured nine competitive teams and drew strong community engagement.
Building on this momentum, we are also holding a volleyball clinic this
August 16, 2025 where certified coaches and assistant coaches will
conduct hands-on training and mentoring for all participants.

In line with this, we would like to invite your students to participate in our
activities and join our growing organization of volleyball enthusiasts.

We believe that your students will greatly benefit from the discipline,
teamwork, and confidence that volleyball fosters. Should you have any
