To
The Principal Sir,
DAV RB Kedia School

Through:
Our Esteemed Sports Teacher

Upendra sir,

Subject: Proposal to Host an Inter-School

Volleyball Tournament

Respected Sir,

We write to you not just with a request, but with a spark.

Volleyball isn’t just a game for us—it’s the heartbeat of our
school’s sports culture. Our players dive, serve and spike with
passion, and the crowd roars louder for volleyball than for any
other sport.

It’s time we channel this energy into something bigger: an

inter-school volleyball tournament hosted by us. Our team
is not only the best in the game, but our students are genuinely
excited to cheer, participate, and make this event
unforgettable.

Imagine our court buzzing with competitive spirit, banners

flying, and teams from across the region battling it out in the
true spirit of sportsmanship. With your support and our sports
Teacher’s guidance, we can turn this vision into a reality.

Let’s serve up something spectacular and Let’s Set the Court on

Fire.

Yours in enthusiasm,
Volleyball Enthusiast
On behalf of the student body
