SUMMARY

Mr. Irshad admitted to the NIMHANS with the chief complaints of insomnia, delusions,
muttering and decreased appetite. He is presently having delusion of control, gradurer and
auditory and visual hallucinations. He is been diagnosed with schizophrenia. He is on
medications and electroconvulsive therapy.
