1. Scope of Work
The proposed solution is for a Solar Powered, 4G-based Standalone Surveillance System
with centralized monitoring via a Command and Control Room, encompassing 16 remote
sites, each with:
01 x PTZ IP Camera
01 x Fixed IP Camera
01 x Solar Power Backup System with Battery
01 x 4G LTE Router (SD-WAN capable)
Monitoring through Central NVR & Command and Control Center
2. Eligibility Criteria for Bidders
Bidder must be an authorized distributor or partner of the OEM. Authorization
letters from the OEM must be provided.
The entire solution including Solar, Cameras, NVR, Router, and Management
Platform must be from a single OEM.
Bidder should have minimum 5 years’ experience in deploying similar surveillance
systems.
Must provide 2 years comprehensive OEM warranty for all components.
O&M services must be included for 2 years during the warranty period.

8. Warranty
All hardware and software shall be covered under OEM warranty for a minimum
period of 02 years.
OEM shall provide firmware upgrades and patches during warranty period.
9. General Terms
Single OEM Solution (Cameras, Solar Power, Routers, and Management Software).
Bidder must be authorized by OEM to supply and support all offered equipment.
Compliance sheet and OEM data sheets must be submitted along with the bid.
All installation, commissioning, testing, and integration shall be responsibility of the
bidder.
