incurred, including, but not limited to, immigration fees and expenses, if any and if at all;

5. I further guarantee that I or _________ will not be in breach of the immigration laws in
_______ at the time of our visit in the aforesaid country; and

6. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts without intent to
circumvent any of the existing laws and regulations.
