AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, NANCY GRACE F. RAFOLS, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,


and a resident of Patnongon, Antique, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law hereby depose and state, that:

1. I am the grandmother of APRILLE VIOLET FERRER RAFOLS who is a


minor and whose parents are RAMSEL F. RAFOLS and LEA U. FERRER;

2. APRILLE VIOLET FERRER RAFOLS will be traveling with me to


Hong Kong on January 17, 2024 until January 23, 2024 or for a period of Seven
(7) days;

3. I will be the traveling companion and support of the minor APRILLE


VIOLET FERRER RAFOLS in Hong Kong;

4. I personally guarantee the financial support of the child in the course of her
travel and stay outside the Philippines and further guarantee that she will not in any
manner become public ward of any authority of any country she may happen to
pass en route to her destination;

5. This affidavit is executed for the purpose of attesting to the truth of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
