Research Title: Investigating the Challenges and Remedies to the Application of Reflective
Teaching at Hossana College of Education and at Upper Primary Schools in Hossana City
Administration English Teachers in Focus

The objective of this questionnaire is to collect information about teachers’ challenges and remedies to
the application of reflective teaching (RT) in ELT classrooms. Your participation in this survey is
voluntary. Your responses will be kept confidential and will not be revealed to anyone other than the
researcher. The findings/results of this research project will be used for the purpose of teachers’
reflectivity in their classrooms and professional development. Therefore, your participation will be of
much assistance to develop better professional development programs, which will contribute to the
quality of teacher education, teaching learning, and students’ achievements for the years to come in our
college and region.
