Request For Proposal (RFP) for “Construction of Kohima Bypass of 4 lane Pavement
on EPC Basis connecting NH-39 (New NH-02), NH-150 (New NH-02), NH-61(New
NH-29) and NH-39 (New NH-02) from design Km 29.00 to Design Km 44.525
(Design Length 15.525) in the State of Nagaland under SARDP-NE (Pkg-III)”.
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways & Infrastructure
Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is engaged in the development of National
Highways and as part of this endeavor, it has been decided to undertake “Construction
of Kohima Bypass of 4 lane Pavement on EPC Basis connecting NH-39 (New NH-02), NH-
150 (New NH-02), NH-61(New NH-29) and NH-39 (New NH-02) from design Km 29.00 to
Design Km 44.525 (Design Length 15.525) in the State of Nagaland under SARDP-NE
(Pkg-III)” through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) now
invites bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

12.12.2018 to 24.01.2019 (up to 11.00 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at
www.eprocure.gov.in from 12.12.2018 to 24.01.2019 (up to 1100 hours IST). Bids received
online shall be opened on 25.01.2019 (at 1500 hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, document fee,
Power of Attorney and joint bidding agreement shall be submitted physically by the Bidder
on or before 24.01.2019 (at 11.00 hours IST) .Please note that the Authority reserves the
right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
