I , Amit Kumar Arora , S/o of Shri Ishwar Dutt Arora,

Prop of M/s Shree Shyam Industries , 75 , Shardhanand

Marg, G.B. Road , Delhi - 110006 do hereby certify that

the information contained / stored in the Electronic

record i.e. on my computer / ( Hard disk ) produced from

internet , mailing communication and data maintained

that has been taken in the form of printout on paper

through the printers. Each of the print showing the record

and reply of the State of Bank of India , Naya Bazaar


Branch , Delhi - 110006 , of the application submitted by

me dated 16.06.2025 in respect to get the details of bank

account through which IMPS payments were made into

my account. The computer output / print containing

information which was produced on the computer during

the period over which the computer was used regularly to

restore or process information for the purpose of

activities regularly carried on over the said period by me

and I was having a lawful control over the computer and

printer.

Further certified that the electronic record i.e. Whatsapp

message and the information of the Judgment Debtor

account number and account details is derived from the

information of ordinary course of operating the computer

and that throughout the material part of the said period,

the computer was operated properly and at no point of

time computer was out of operation during the said

period having to effect the electronic record or the

accuracy of its contents.


The details given in the certificate are true to the best of

my knowledge and belief and nothing material has been

concealed thereof.
