I. Rationale
The National Achievement Test (NAT) is a standardized assessment administered by the

NAT aimed to assess the readiness of Grade 6 completers for the next educational level and
identify areas needing intervention.

To measure the academic performance of Grade 6 learners in core

Learners performed best in Araling Panlipunan and Filipino.
Science and Math remain the most challenging areas, with the lowest
MPS.
Reading comprehension and problem-solving need enhancement

Some learners showed anxiety due to lack of test exposure.
Inconsistent attendance during remediation sessions prior to the NAT.
VI. Recommendations
1. Strengthen reading comprehension activities across all learning areas.
