Mortal kombat 11 equippable character abilities
Here is a list of the character abilities that can be changed in the customise
menu. If you’d like to experiment with playstyles, go here.
1: From the main menu, go to customise.
2: from here, click Characters.
3: you will be presented with the character select screen, which sadly does not
talk. So It’s recommended to know where your character is first before doing this.
4: when presented with a list of variations, click one, it doesn’t matter.
Here’s where the fun starts. You’ll be on a menu with tabs, navigated by the l and
r buttons or bumpers depending on console.
Press R twice to get to abilities.
What I recommend doing is to clear pre-existing abilities by pressing x/square, ,
pressing up once and x/a to confirm.
Quick note: If you’d like to use the competitive variations, those will be 2, 3
and four up from bottom to top. So say you want Scorpion’s reborn variation which
is his primary one, that will be four up and enter. Then hit b/circle to get out a
couple times and save when prompted. You can also change name, but I don’t bother
with that.
Anyway, on with the show. When you click the blank preset with no abilities,
you’ll be given a list of the abilities your character has to choose from. When
you equip a new ability, you’ll here a bing! Sound to confirm it. Bear in mind
that some take up more than one slot, so you won’t always get to pick three.
