Providing and fixing 10 mm thick both side UV stabilised multi-wall Thermoclear

Polycarbonate Sheet (Clear) of Lexan or equivalent, having weight not less than 1.7
kg/sqm. U value of 3 W/sqmk and light transmission not less than 77% including
providing anodised aluminum extruded sections (Anodic Coating of grade AC15) of
approved make at the joints having weight not less than 0.42 kg/m at the bottom fixed
to the tubular frame work by riveting or bolting and providing anodized aluminum
extruded sections(Anodic Coating of grade AC15)having weight not less than 0.26 kg/m
at top fixed to the aluminum section at the bottom with GI self tapping screws at not
more than 250 mm centre to centre distance, including providing necessary EPDM
gasket , providing anodized aluminum L angle at the ends and sealing all the joints with
silicon sealant conforming to IS 9508 and cutting necessary chases in the brick
masonry walls wherever required, inserting the sheet in the chases and sealing the
joints with silicon sealant, etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
( Tubular Frame work shall be paid separately. All sealant tapes and screws shall be
compatible with the polycarbonate sheet. )
