Where Use Our Cooling Tower


Water is the most used fluid to evacuate heat generated in machines, water cooled chiller, oil
refineries ,chemical plants, power stations, and food processing plants. An open circuit cooling tower
is a counter flow heat exchanger cooling the water by direct contact with the air. Cooling Towers are
used to reject heat to the atmosphere. Cooling Towers represent a cheap way of removing heat from
the hot water by forcing ambient air. The make-up water is used to replenish water lost to
evaporation. Hot water from heat exchanger is sent to the Cooling Towers; the water is cooled and
sent back to the heat exchanger. it is most cost effeciancy and eco frendly cooling system in the world.

How to read the chart
1 Trace up the Hot water temperature of 370 C vertically to find the intersecting point 1 with the 270 C ambient wet-bulb temperature curve.
2. Shift the point 1 to the right to find the intersection point 2 with the 50 C range curve.
3. Then trace up again from the point 2 to find intersection point 3 with the 450m3/h circulating water flow rate.
4. If point 3 falls on the curve of a model, select this model. If point 3 falls between two curves, select the larger model.
5. Because point 3 falls between the curves of 500 & 600, the selection is model 600.

Remarks
1 For cooling tower hot water temperature exceeding 500 C, heat-resistant version should be used (delivered by special order).
2 If suitable model cannot be found from the chart, please inquire us.

EVAPORATIVE COOLING PAD


The cooling cells are made from a specially formulated cellulose paper impregnated with insoluble
anti-rot salts and ensure a long service life. it is designed with an exclusive cross-fluted
configuration, which induces highly turbulent mixing inside the pad between the water and air, and
contributes to the evaporative efficiency. The cross-fluted designs make the pads a strong
self- supporting pad with high evaporative efficiency and low pressure drop (resistance to air flow).
