Analyzing Consumer Behavior in the Product Life

Cycle of the Smartphone Industry

Greetings from St. Lasalle!

As part of the requirements for the subject B-BMKD411 Marketing Research (Thesis 2), we, 4th-year
BSBA students majoring in Marketing Management from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, are
conducting a research study entitled "Analyzing Consumer Behavior in the Product Life Cycle of the
Smartphone Industry."

This study aims to analyze how personal, psychological, and social factors influence consumer behavior
throughout the various stages of the product life cycle, focusing on smartphones. By examining how these
factors evolve across different product life cycle stages, the research will explore respondents' behavior
toward various smartphone brands using a quasi-experimental approach, where respondent will answer the
same questionnaire for each brand.

We kindly invite you to participate in this survey, which will take approximately 5 minutes of your time.
Rest assured that all responses will be kept confidential and used strictly for academic purposes.

If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, feel free to contact any of the research team
