As she joined the company after graduation, she was assigned to oversee one of the most
important clients in the company where she had to learn about account management, technical
support, and project management, which she grabbed quickly and delivered outcomes. She was
learning everything from basic business terms to management skills. Every time when she had
something she could not understand, she would ask the senior managers in our team or me. I’ve
seen her develop herself from a fresh with zero business knowledge to account manager who can
handle a crucial client by herself. During the time she worked here, she had managed to build up
close relationship with her customers, her customers trust her and dependent on her advice
regarding projects and orders. She applied the skills she learned from the teams to develop new
territories as well, which is quite a success. Over 3 years, she got 4 new customers with consistent
orders.

She’ve delivered exceed our expectation for a fresher. Her creativity just amazing. For example,
she came out the great ideas for how to produce the tutorial video, including content and what
to highlight, for introducing our product’s features and strengths to our existing and potential
customer was outstanding, and she assisted to make the videos.. This materials not only help to
promote the brands but also improve the efficiency of our team. Our teams member used to
communicate with customers to solve the same question/ issue over and over. With this video
materials, our teams could spend more time in business negotiations and project managements
to boost sales, which is the most important task for sales.

She possesses excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Russian. She
presented webinars, seminars, and trainings to our Russian and CIS region customers, and she
can even cope with technical issue with engineers in fluent Russian.

She has shown her potential not only in handling accounts and projects, but also in learning
marketing skills. And I like about Lida is the ability to work under high pressure, she showed her
commitment and resilience in this job. I truly believe that her decision to pursue an MBA degree
will allows her to sharp her skills and enhance her knowledge for becoming a great sales director
in the future.

Lida is one of the great sales person I’ve work with. There is a great potential in her. She
delivered excellent performance at my team and I consider this MBA program is a step toward
the right direction for her career and as her former director and mentor it’s my honour to
