1. According to the extant laws of Lagos State, no school shall operate without approval of the Ministry of
Basic & Secondary Education. Failure to comply may lead to closure.
2. Documents will be submitted & acknowledged at
the Office of the Director General - Office of Education Quality Assurance for processing.
3. For inquiries and complaints visit www.oeqalagos.com

4. All proprietor must obtain a copy of the Guidelines for Establishment of Private schools in Lagos State
to ensure compliance with the requirements for the different categories of school
5. All Schools operating without approval risk being shutdown
6. You will be required to submit a copy of this filled Online Pre-Registration Form along with the following
documents.
7. 1. Confirmed Evidence of payment,
2. National means of Identification
3. CAC certificate with document showing details of Directors and Shareholders
4. Head Teacher or Principals credentials (Higher Education Certificate, NYSC certificate,
TRCN certificate or other relevant education certificate.
