These days, we often hear that young people get sick because of pressure.

It is common thatfor
young people havelittleto have little leisure time and arebe under a lot of pressure to work hard
in their studies.

As we know, college enrollment rates are falling. For one thing, the population is increasing., but
there is no increasing inthe number of college degress.degrees is not. For another, subject
issubjects are getting harder and harder. What is more, theMoreover, young don'tpeople do not
want to letdisappoint their parents disappointed. It is natural that young people . Naturally, they
often feel tired about everythingexhausted and overwhelmed.

In my opinion, we should balance time between workingwork and relaxing.relaxation to


remitrelieve pressure. For example, we can make a schedule, allocate working time and relaxing
time scientifically allocate work and rest time, such as havetaking a rest for 15 minutes-minute
break after workingstudying for an hour. And we can goGoing for a walk and have somegetting
fresh air, which can also help relax ourboth body and mind.

As parents, you can chatting morewithshould communicate more with your children. ifIf your
children are boarderslive at school, call them and ask about their day, how they feel, and ask g

In conclusion, feel stressfulfeeling stressed is quite common these days . In my view sometimes
people need, some stress is necessary to encourage us to make progress. TheHowever, the most
important thing is we shouldto balance relaxing time and working time, duly relax, get in
