(Excerise 2)
We only have one life and one body, so it is worth taking care of them. To do this,
there are many people signing up for gym memberships. This is one way to keep
fit, but it is not the only way. Don’t waste time lifting weights at the gym if you
don’t enjoy it. Instead, go hiking or swimming or join a sports team. I advise
investing time in finding the type of exercise you enjoy so that you’ll make it a
lifelong habit. It is also important to manage your stress levels to achieve a
healthy body and mind. If you have difficulty relaxing, make sure you set aside
time to unwind.
