       First of all, thank you for purchasing my pattern and I hope that you will enjoy recreating him as much
as I loved designing him for you! This pattern is for personal use only. It is prohibited to copy, translate or
distribute, re-selling the pattern and the contents of this document in any way. You can SELL THE TOY made
from this pattern.

       Note: The height of finished toy is about 16 cm (6.3 inches). You can use the same pattern to make
smaller or larger toy by using finer or bulkier yarn.

       Crochet the toy with tight stitches.
       Each round is worked in a continuous spiral. Do not join rounds with slip stitch or turn unless
        started otherwise. Use a stitch marker or a piece of yarn to mark the ending of the round. It is
        highly recommended that you read through the pattern before beginning to crochet.
Skill level: easy
Basic crochet skills required.
Materials:
-       Yarn YarnArt Jeans COTTON 55% POLYESTER 45%. Weight: 50 grams. Length: 160 meters.
Colors: beige (07), grey (46), white (62), light green (11), some dark green acrylic yarns for beard (you
can use bulkier wool or acrylic yarn)
-       2.0 mm crochet hook
-       Fiberfill
-       Sewing needle and scissors
-       Cardboard (for gnome foundation)
-       Bamboo pick for stuffing
-       Stitch markers and some pins
-       2 black beads for eyes
-       Black tread
-       Pink dry pastel
Abbreviations:
ch = chain
st = stitch
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (2 sc in one st)
dec = decrease (2 sc together)
sl st = slip stich
dc = double crochet
hdc = half double crochet
BlO = back loop only
FLO = front loop only
(..) = repeat the space in brackets the given number of times
(12) = total number of stitches at the end of round/row

Start with light green yarn

Nose
Start with beige yarn

         Stuff the nose

         Cut and leave a long tail for sewing on the body.
         Beard
         Use acrylic floss (you can also use chuncky wool or acrylic yarn for bread) cut nearly 4-5 inches and attach
in 2nd-10th stitches on the last row of the nose. Brush them and cut if you need.
         Attach dark green yarn like on photo OR sew chunky wool or acrylic yarn. Separate the strands then
brush.

        Make Crab Stitch1, cut and leave a tail.
        Pull the top in, turn till 17th round.
        Cut and leave a tail for sewing.

 It's also known as reverse single crochet because each stitch is the same as a single crochet stitch, but you
work in the opposite direction. If you're right-handed, crab stitch goes from left to right, instead of right to left as
with standard crochet.

       Lamb wool/hat
       Start with grey yarn
       Round 1: 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
       Round 2: inc 6 times (12)
       Round 3: BLO (sc in next st, inc) repeat 6 times (18) mark the first stitch
       Round 4: BLO (sc in next 2 st, inc) repeat 6 times (24)
       Round 5: BLO (sc in next 3 st, inc) repeat 6 times (30)
       Round 6: BLO (sc in next 4 st, inc) repeat 6 times (36)
       Round 7: BLO (sc in next 5 st, inc) repeat 6 times (42)

Lamb ears (make 2)
Start with beige yarn

       Cut and leave a tail. Sew 2 sides together then sew 2 ends together like in the pictures. Paint the middle
part with dry pastel.
       Assembly and Details:
       If you need any help, see the pictures below.
       1. Attach the nose with beard on 30th-33th rows of the body.
       2. Attach the hat N1 on the body and nose.
       3. Attach arms on 29th-30th rounds of the body on 2 sides.
       4. Attach ears on 2 sides of the hat.
       5. Sew 2 black beads on the hat N1. Embroider the muzzle with black tread.
       6. Put the egg on hat N1 and cover with lamb wool.
