Job Title: Field Security Officer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage field-level security operations, ensure proper deployment of


guards, maintain discipline, coordinate with clients, and ensure the overall effectiveness
of security services across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Security Guards:

 Monitor the performance, punctuality, and discipline of security personnel.

 Conduct surprise visits and site inspections to ensure adherence to agency


protocols and standards.

 Ensure guards are deployed as per the approved manpower plan.


2. Client Coordination:

 Act as the liaison between clients and the company.

 Address complaints, resolve site-level issues, and ensure client satisfaction.


3. Deployment & Scheduling:

 Prepare duty rosters and manage shift rotations.

 Arrange for immediate replacements in case of absenteeism.


4. Training & Briefing:

 Provide regular briefings and on-site training to security personnel on duties,


emergency protocols, and conduct expectations.
5. Incident Management:

 Respond to emergency situations and incidents reported from the field.

 Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and escalate serious issues when
required.
6. Reporting & Documentation:

 Maintain daily site visit logs, attendance records, and compliance checklists.

 Submit daily activity reports to the Operations Manager or Head Office.

Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications:

 Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates preferred.

 Experience: 2–5 years in the security industry. Candidates with prior experience
as a security supervisor or ex-servicemen (Army, Police, Paramilitary) preferred.
 Skills Required:

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o Good knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

o Ability to handle on-ground situations tactfully and responsibly.

o Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email, and reporting tools).
