HAJI ZULKIFLI BIN HJ ZAINAL ABIDIN
Haji Zulkifli Haji Zainal Abidin holds a Postgraduate in Human Resource Management from the University of
Humberside, UK, and multiple professional certifications, including Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK)
and Certified NLP Basic Practitioner (USA). As a Certified Trainer (PSMB TTT/2952) and Lead Trainer for the
HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer Program since 2006, he brings 17 years of expertise in Human Resource
Development and Training Needs Analysis (TNA). He has led programs for major organizations, including
Microsoft Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, Nestle (Bangkok), Shell Malaysia, and British American Tobacco
(Singapore). Additionally, he has contributed to upgrading Train-the-Trainer modules under NOSS, in
collaboration with PSMB and JPK, Ministry of Human Resources. Haji Zulkifli’s extensive experience makes
him a sought-after trainer and consultant across Malaysia and internationally.
ALEX WONG
Alex Wong holds a Master in Instructional Design and Technology from Open University Malaysia and a
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK)
and a PSMB-approved Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Consultant. With Diploma and Certificate IV in
Training & Assessment (Australia), Alex is also a facilitator and assessor under the Australian Qualification
Framework. He specializes in creativity and innovation programs, leadership development, and
management training, both locally and internationally. Throughout his career, Alex has trained and
coached over 20 team members to become trainers and managers. His clients include Siemens Malaysia,
Digi Communication, Bursa Malaysia, Shell Malaysia, Media Prima, and the Brunei Government.
ALEX OW CHEE KIN
Dr. Alex Ow Chee Kin is the Chief Executive of IRS Training and an accomplished consultant and trainer
with over 21 years of experience in Creativity & Innovative Thinking, Human Resource Development, and
Competency Learning. He is the first independent consultant in Malaysia to be accredited for all of Dr
Edward de Bono Thinking Systems Courses and is an authorized instructor for various de Bono methods.
Dr. Ow holds a Ph.D. in Extension Education (Training Management), an MBA, and is an Associate Member
of The Institute of Chartered Secretary & Administrators (ACIS), UK. He is also qualified to deliver
Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) accredited training and assessment programs and has conducted
numerous in-house training and consulting assignments for government agencies and organizations
throughout Malaysia, Asia, and overseas.
