3. To attend the scheduled Orientation Seminar conducted by the BUTUAN CITY WATER
DISTRICT (BCWD) for installation of my water connection.

4. To pay whatever fees that are needed for the installation of the said water connection.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, full power and authority
to do and perform whatever is necessary or proper to do under the premises as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-
in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
