• Engaging in regular activities like preventive maintenance, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance. Utilizing
condition monitoring techniques to ensure continuous operation.
• Managing and maintaining gas turbine generation and control systems (3000 KVA, 6.6KV) along with diesel
backup generators (625 KVA,415V), having Brushless excitation system.
• Performing annual relay testing of generator, transformer, and motor protection systems to ensure reliability.
• Carrying out annual diagnostic testing on HV equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Equipment selection based on hazardous area classification.
• Creating the monthly summary report and making duty payments as a component of monthly compliance
• Supervised and commissioned the project of star delta starter to soft starter conversion of 160 KW motor,
including the modification of existing feeder and control wiring.
• Replaced the battery bank for the telemetry and NAVID offshore electrical system, extending its lifespan by an
additional 5 years.
• Functional in transformer (2.5MVA) overhauling job, which tripped on Buchholz relay. Managed the backup
arrangement in case of the standby transformer failure.
• Ensured electrical safety by overseeing the use of insulated tools, zone-specific equipment, adherence to LOTO
procedures, proper use of arc flash PPEs, double earthing, rugged earthing systems, and conducting quarterly tests
of RCCB and ELR
• Electrical SLD and wiring diagram updating through MOC (Management of change).
• Project to install WTI (Winding Temperature Indicator) and OTI (Oil Temperature Indicator) on the ground level for
improved accessibility.
• Installation of 34 energy meters in different equipment’s to support ISO 50001 Energy management.
