 PCTL is committed to zero Accident/Incident policy.


 Short description of worksite activity & associated hazard.
 Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the site. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking shelters.
 Any visitor is not allowed to work at site.
 It is mandatory to wear PPEs at sites like Safety Helmet, Reflective Jacket, and Safety Shoes by all.
 Avoid entering “Unauthorized entry prohibited” areas and warning tape barricaded areas. Never stand and walk
under suspended loads.
 No one shall be allowed to visit at or 1.8-meter height without wearing a full-body harness.
 Only green tagged scaffolds to be used and “Don’t use red-tagged Scaffolds”.
 Usages & handling of any electrical power equipment at site is strictly prohibited.
 Eating /taking food, taking rest other than the designated place is not allowed at the site.
 Horseplay is completely prohibited at the workplace.
 In case of any accident/incident/near misses observed, then immediately inform the nearby Engineer/Safety
Person.
 Save the emergency phone numbers for contact.
 Get the knowledge of the emergency escape route.
 Running at the site is completely prohibited except in case of emergency.
 In case of emergency, need to assemble at the nearest assembly Point (either near the office or near the Site).
