Pikaso also offers out-of-print magazines, books, and comics, which are only available through
our platform.
Our expensive e-book collection features bestsellers and publications from notable international
publishers. It covers a wide range of topics, including school subjects, children’s books, health
and wellness, astrology, novels, personal and professional growth, management, and much
more. Additionally, Pikaso provides a space for subscribers to showcase their creativity by
uploading poems, stories, blogs, articles, paintings, and promoting them through the platform.

Compensation:
● Rs.15,500 (Rewards up to 3,000 additional on generated Revenue 50,000, internship
certificate after successful completion).
● Internship certificate upon successful completion.
Location: Noida (Virtual/ Hybrid is also there in some cases)
Internship Duration: 30-120 days
Sales and Marketing Intern:
Responsibilities:
● Analyze market trends and create plans to engage target markets effectively.
● Study strategies to enhance the appeal of products.
● Create marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
● Build awareness of pikaso products and services.
● Research and identify new potential customer types, adjusting sales strategies
accordingly.
● Provide training for other salespeople.
● Stay updated with online marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
● Generate leads through various online and offline channels.
● Manage the sales process using specific software tools.
● Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate with team members to achieve
shared objectives.
Human Resource Intern:
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
● Source, screen, and interview candidates.
● Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
● Support employee training and career development programs.
Business Analytics Intern:
Responsibilities:
● Provide strategic insights based on data analysis.
● Use predictive analytics to uncover potential business opportunities or risks.
● Collaborate with various teams to align analytics with business needs.
● Assist in refining and developing analytics methodologies.
Finance Management Intern:
Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term
