1. Where you live

(1) Where are you living at the moment?
(2) What do you like about the area you're living in?
(3) Do you know many other people who live nearby?

"At the moment, I live in an area that's located between the city center and the suburbs. It's a
nice spot because I get the convenience of city life without being right in the hustle and bustle."

"I really like the location because it’s quite convenient. I have easy access to shops, public
transport, and all the amenities of the city, but it’s also not too noisy. The rent is fairly
reasonable, and the apartment is the perfect size for me — not too big or small. It really suits my
lifestyle."

"To be honest, I don't know many people in the area. I lead quite a busy life, so I don’t have much
time to meet neighbors. Plus, I’m a bit shy and not really great at initiating conversations. I mostly
keep to myself, but I do greet the occasional neighbor if I bump into them."

2. Work
(1) What's your job?
(2) Do you sometimes feel that you have to work too hard?
(3) What do you like to do just after you finish work every day?

"I work in the export department of a filter manufacturing factory. My main responsibilities are
liaising with overseas clients, expediting production of their orders in our factory, and arranging
packaging details. Basically, I make sure everything runs smoothly between customers and
production."

"Honestly, not really. My workload is generally manageable, and I rarely work overtime. That said,
I do think I could push myself harder – sometimes in the evenings I have free time to study more
about the industry, but I don’t always use it well."

"Most days, I just grab my phone and start scrolling through Douyin or Xiaohongshu. It’s my go-to
relaxation because it requires zero mental effort. After a long day, I’m usually mentally drained, so
I just want to zone out – even though I know I probably should be doing something more
productive!"
3. Geography
(1) Did you study geography at school?
(2) Do you enjoy learning about the geography of other countries?
(3) Is there a country you'd like to visit because of its geography?
(4) How good are you at reading maps?

"Yes, geography was a compulsory subject in high school. I learned a lot about concepts like
longitude, latitude, climate, and ocean currents. However, I wasn’t very good at it and often
found the content quite dry and difficult to understand. I didn’t study it much after I switched to
a science track in my second year of high school."

"I find learning about the geography of other countries interesting, especially when it relates to
travel or nature. Although I didn’t enjoy the theoretical side of geography at school, I enjoy
exploring geographical facts when planning trips, like learning about a country’s climate or
natural landmarks."

"Yes, I’d love to visit Iceland because of its unique natural landscapes. The Northern Lights, black
sand beaches, and volcanoes there are really fascinating. I find the country’s natural beauty and
geological features very interesting, and I think it would be an amazing place to explore."

"I’m not very good at reading traditional paper maps. I don’t really use them much, to be honest.
But when it comes to digital maps, like Gaode Map, I’m much better. I use them all the time
when I’m out, and they’re really convenient for navigation."

4. Birthday
o What do you normally do on your birthday?
o What did you like to do on your birthday when you were a child?
o How important are birthdays to you now?
o Which birthdays are most important in your country?

"These days, I usually celebrate with people I care about – we’ll go out to a nice restaurant, enjoy
a meal together, and just have a relaxed time. Nothing fancy, but it’s meaningful because of the
company."

"As a kid, I loved going to amusement parks! I’d get so excited about the rides and games – it felt
like a day full of pure fun and freedom. Honestly, it was the highlight of my year back then."

"They’re still quite special to me. It’s my one day to feel like a kid again – I get pampered, receive
gifts or red envelopes, and can do what I want without judgment. It’s less about age and more
about feeling appreciated."

"Generally, all birthdays matter, but milestones like 18th (becoming an adult) or 60th (longevity)
are bigger. Most people value birthdays because you get to do unusual things, receive
compliments and presents, and just feel happy and celebrated. That universal joy makes the day
important for everyone."

5. Technology
o What types of technology do you use most?
o Do you like using technology?
o Is there a piece of technology that you would like to buy?
o What made you choose the last piece of technology you bought?

"Without a doubt, my mobile phone is the technology I use most. It’s incredibly versatile–
functioning as a communication tool, camera, mini-computer, and entertainment device all in
one. I depend on it constantly for messaging, emails, online shopping, maps, and even as an
alarm clock. What makes it essential is convenience: it saves me huge amounts of time and lets
me handle tasks instantly, wherever I am. Above all, it keeps me linked to people I care about.
Honestly, I’d feel lost without it."

Definitely: "Yes, absolutely! I really enjoy using technology."

Why (Benefit): "It makes daily life so much easier and more efficient." (e.g., saves time, simplifies
tasks)
Why (Connection): "It keeps me connected to people and information."
Why (Specific Use): "I find it useful for learning new things and entertainment."
Overall Feeling: "Honestly, it's become a helpful and enjoyable part of my routine."

Name it: "Yes, I've been thinking about getting a smartwatch."

Main Reason (Convenience): "Mainly for the convenience." (e.g., see notifications without
phone)
Key Feature (Health): "I'm really interested in the health tracking features." (e.g., heart rate,
steps, sleep)
Specific Use: "It would be great for tracking my exercise and fitness goals."
Feeling: "It seems like a useful gadget to have on my wrist."

6. Writing
o What kinds of things do you write during a typical day?
o Do you prefer typing or writing things by hand?
o Did you like writing when you were a child?
o Do you think the kinds of things you write will change in the future?

"Honestly, I don't write much by hand at all during the day."

"Almost everything I write is typed on my computer or phone."
e.g. "It's mostly boring but necessary stuff: filling out online forms, replying to work emails,
updating work documents or spreadsheets, maybe making quick digital notes."
"So, mostly just functional things for work or admin, nothing creative really."

"Oh, typing, definitely typing, 100%."

"It's so much faster and easier. I can edit things instantly."
"My handwriting is messy, and physically writing feels slow and tiring."
"Handwriting feels like a chore. I avoid it whenever possible."

"No, not really. I didn't enjoy it much back then either."

(Effort): "It always felt like hard work, needing too much concentration and effort."
(Lazy): "To be honest, I was a bit lazy – writing things out by hand seemed like a big task."
"I'd try to avoid homework that involved lots of writing if I could!"

"Honestly, I don’t think so. I’ll probably keep typing the same boring stuff – work documents,
forms, and quick notes. I avoid writing anything that needs creativity because it’s too much effort.
Unless my job suddenly requires me to write novels, I’ll stick to the basics!"

7. Weather
(1) How often do you check the weather forecast?
(2) Do you generally prefer hot weather or cold weather?
(3) Has the weather changed much in recent years in your country?
(4) Would you like to live in a place that has a very different climate from your country?

"I check the weather forecast every time before I go out. It helps me decide what to wear and
whether I need to bring an umbrella or a sunshade. It’s always good to be prepared, especially in
case of unexpected weather changes."

"I generally prefer cold weather. Hot weather makes me feel irritated, and I sweat a lot, which
makes me uncomfortable. On the other hand, in cold weather, I can just add more layers of
clothing, and if I get too warm, I can always take them off. Cold weather feels much more
manageable for me."

"Since China is such a large country, the weather differs a lot from region to region. I don’t think
there’s been any major change overall; the south is still hot, and the north remains cold. To be
honest, I haven’t paid much attention to changes in the weather over the years, so I’m not sure if
there are significant differences."

"I don’t think I’d like to live somewhere with a very different climate. I’ve lived in the south of
China all my life, so I’m used to the humidity and the warm temperature here. Once, I traveled to
the north, and I found the dry weather there really uncomfortable. It made me thirsty all the
time, and my skin became very dry, which I didn’t enjoy at all."

8. Morning times
(1) Do you like getting up early in the morning?
(2) Do you eat breakfast at home every morning?
(3) Do you have the same morning routine every day of the week?
(4) Are your mornings very different now from when you were younger?

"Yes, I’m definitely a morning person. I’ve always had a biological clock that’s used to waking up
early. I feel refreshed and energized when I get up early, and I find that I can accomplish a lot
more in the morning. If I sleep in and wake up late, I often feel guilty and like I’ve wasted the day,
which makes me feel unproductive."

"Not every day. If I’m staying at home, I usually have breakfast there. I might have something
simple like toast or cereal. But if I have to go out, I tend to grab a cup of coffee as my breakfast
and take it with me. I find it convenient and quick."

"Yes, my routine is pretty consistent. On weekdays, I get up early, head to work, and follow the
same schedule. After work, I return home. On weekends, it’s a little more relaxed; I usually stay at
home or sometimes meet friends. But I still wake up early to keep my routine intact."

"Definitely! When I was younger, I had to wake up early every day for school, and it was much
more exhausting. I wasn’t allowed to use my phone much, and I couldn’t nap during class either.
Now, I can wake up early for work, but I sometimes relax and check my phone in the morning,
which makes it a bit more enjoyable."

touch of beauty to any place.
enjoy admiring their colours and shapes, always give me a sense of freshness & aliveness.
Having them around just makes the surroundings feel more welcoming and uplifting.

Not really. live in the city center, quite a hectic area packed with towering buildings, skyscrapers,
and the headquarters of international companies.
It’s basically a concrete jungle, so barely see any flowers except for a few in small public parks or
along some streets.

Yes, always brings pleasure into my life, can’t help but marvel at their charm and appeal. allows
me to keep their beauty permanently preserved, so I can look back and enjoy them later.
In fact, capturing those moments can really make my day.

Yes, they do.

e.g. on Valentine’s Day, couples usually give each other flowers to show their love and
commitment.
On Mother’s Day, it’s common to send a bunch of carnations to express appreciation and respect
for mothers.
These occasions make flowers a meaningful way to convey emotions.

17. Memory
o Are you good at memorising things?
o Have you ever forgotten something important?
o What do you need to remember in your daily life?
o How do you remember important things?

Not at all.
definitely not my strong suit — in fact, it’s quite the opposite.
a bit forgetful and scatter-brained,
regardless of how hard I try, the things I want to remember always seem to slip my mind.

My short memory span always puts me in trouble.

e.g. back in school, I had what you might call a goldfish memory,
once forgot to bring my bag. My classmates made fun of me for days, and I still remember feeling
so embarrassed.

As a professional, remember all the tasks for work.

e.g. when working on a project, have to keep track of the details & ddl of those assignments,
especially when they’re just around the corner.
Since I have a terrible memory, I always rely on a to-do list or sticky notes to remind myself of
what needs to be done.

Sometimes I write important things on sticky notes and put them on my desk so they’re always in
sight.
Other times, I send messages to the “File Transfer” assistant on WeChat and set a time limit or a
specific reminder. I usually schedule it for a moment when I’m free or right after I start work, so I
can focus on handling those tasks straight away.
18. Machine
o What is your favourite machine in your home?
o Do you think washing machines and sweeping machines are important?
o Do you read the instructions before using a machine?
o Do you think it is important to read the instructions?

washing machine. It saves me so much time and energy, especially on busy days.
just throw in the clothes, press a few buttons, let it do the work while I focus on other things.

Yes, absolutely. They’re real time-savers and make household chores a lot easier.
For someone like me who’s not exactly keen on repetitive, tiring tasks, they help keep my home
clean and tidy without too much effort.

To be honest, not always. I tend to rely on common sense or just trial and error. But if it’s
something expensive or complicated, I will take a quick look, because I don’t want to damage it.

Yes, in the long run, it is. Reading the instructions can save you from making mistakes and also
helps you use the machine more efficiently. I’ve learned that skipping them sometimes leads to
extra trouble — and my short memory span doesn’t help either!

19. Patience
o Are you a patient person?
o What is it that makes you feel impatient?
o How do you feel when you have to do something for a long time?
o Does your job require you to be patient?

20. Spending time

o Do you usually spend time by yourself?
o What did you do last time you were by yourself?
o How do you usually spend your time by yourself?
o Do you like spending time by yourself?

Yes, I do — quite a lot, actually. I’m more of an introvert, so I need time alone to recharge my
energy after interacting with people all day.

The last time I was alone, I just stayed in my room, listened to music, and scrolled through
Douyin. It was simple but really relaxing.

I usually spend it doing low-key activities, like playing on my phone, watching short videos,
listening to music, or sometimes even working overtime. I find these moments peaceful and
satisfying.

Yes, absolutely. For me, alone time is not lonely at all — it’s energising. Social interactions during
the day can drain me, so having a quiet evening to myself is something I truly enjoy.

21. Spare time

o Do you often have free time?
o What do you usually do in your spare time?
o Which day do you have more free time on,Saturday,or Sunday?
o Would you like to have more free time in the future?

Not really, my schedule is usually quite busy with work and other responsibilities. But I do
manage to find some free time now and then, especially in the evenings or on weekends.

I like to relax by myself — scrolling through my phone, watching short videos like on Douyin,
listening to music, or sometimes just chilling and taking it easy after a long day.

Generally, I have more free time on Sunday because Saturday tends to be busier with errands or
catching up on tasks I couldn’t finish during the week. Sunday is when I can really unwind.

Definitely. Having more free time would help me balance work and life better, and give me more
opportunities to rest and do things I enjoy without feeling rushed.

known zoos.

see animals from all over the world there.

(1) giant pandas – I watched them peacefully eating bamboo, incredibly cute.
(2) tall giraffes stretching their long necks to eat leaves from trees, fascinating.
(3) strong Asian elephants showing off their trunks by spraying water, impressive! Besides, tigers,
colourful birds, monkeys, and many other kinds of creatures.

(1) for people living in the city, it’s the easiest and often only chance to see so many wild animals,
especially rare ones like pandas, up close.
(2) not just about seeing animals; it’s educational, learn about different species, their natural
homes, and why protecting endangered animals is crucial
(3) a great green space for families to spend time together, relax, and enjoy a fun day

a bit mixed but very meaningful.

filled me with excitement and happiness, like being a child full of wonder.
However, knowing these animals belong in vast wild spaces but live in enclosures, even large
ones, made me feel a little sad. It made me question if this was entirely right.
Yet, learning about how the zoo properly cares for the animals and runs programmes to protect
endangered species like pandas made me feel more positive.
Overall, appreciate animals more & understand much better why protecting them and their
habitats matters.
So, it wasn’t just entertaining; it really made me think."

a leisure center in the residential area where I live, incredibly popular among residents who are
into physical exercise.

literally within walking distance from our unit buildings, 5-minute, discovered it when I first
moved here because neighbours kept mentioning it.

Yes, I go there myself quite regularly. In fact, I was there just last weekend.

I’d say three reasons make it a hotspot.

(1) well-equipped for different workouts. hit the gym for strength training, / swim laps to burn
calories. Many go there to shape their body or tone their muscles.
(2) if fond of ball games, offer tennis/badminton/table tennis. just book a session with the staff –
the price is reasonable, equipment’s advanced, feels professional.
(3) a cafe next to the courts. After intense physical exercise when out of breath, it’s perfect to
have a rest and loosen up. truly unwind and let off some steam.

speaks so highly of this centre. From time to time, highly recommend it to others, saying it’s
totally worth it. Honestly, its mix of convenience, facilities, and that social vibe makes it the go-
to spot here."
"Well, generally speaking, yes, a lot do. and it varies. Some young people really enjoy team sports
like football or basketball, while others prefer individual activities such as running or swimming.
But overall, most young people have their preferred way of being active now. This is mainly
because there's a strong focus on healthier lifestyles and achieving better physical health."

"There are many key benefits. First, the physical side: it improves fitness and health, builds
strength, and helps avoid obesity. Second, the mental health gains: it reduces stress, boosts
confidence, and teaches handling pressure. Plus, there's a social aspect – it promotes teamwork,
helps make friends, and teaches fair play. So it's really important for their growth."

"Absolutely, it's crucial. Not everyone can afford private gyms. Public parks, courts, or fields offer
free or cheap access to exercise for everyone in the community, no matter their income. Without
these spaces, many people, especially the young, wouldn't stay active regularly. They also help
build community."

"I think it's a really positive action. For kids from poorer backgrounds, it gives them access to
facilities like proper fields or pools they couldn't use otherwise. This can spark interest in sports,
improve their health, and teach life skills. Even if it's part of a company's community work, the
result is genuinely good – it's a practical way for businesses to help and support equality."

I'd like to talk about a small café that's very close to where I live – just a short walk away. I found
it completely by chance right after I moved into this area. I was walking around exploring, and I
noticed its simple sign outside.

This café is special because it's always peaceful, especially on weekdays. It's not popular or busy –
often you might only see one or two customers coming in just to get a coffee to take away.
Because it's so quiet, it's become my favorite place to relax when life gets hectic. If I'm feeling
stressed from work or just need to clear my head, I go there to get away from it all for a while.

When I'm there, I usually order a drink like a latte or an Americano, and sometimes a piece of
their delicious cheesecake or a muffin. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly but
not too talkative, which I appreciate. The calm environment is perfect for things like reading a
book, listening to music, or just daydreaming. Sometimes on weekends, I meet a friend there for
a quiet chat, but it never gets noisy.

Basically, I love this place because it's my personal escape. It gives me a chance to relax properly,
enjoy a good drink, and forget about my worries for a little while. It's the perfect quiet spot in my
neighbourhood to refresh my mind.

One sport event I would really love to attend as an audience member is the Winter Olympics
skiing competition, especially the downhill race. I’ve always found skiing to be both thrilling and
terrifying, and ever since I tried skiing myself two years ago, I’ve been more interested in
watching professional athletes perform on the world stage.

The next Winter Olympics will be held in 2026 in Italy, and if I ever get the chance, I would love
to go there and watch the skiing events live. I think being there in person, surrounded by the
snow-covered mountains and the cheering crowds, would be an unforgettable experience.

I would most likely go with one of my close friends who first introduced me to skiing. We had
such a great time trying it together in Harbin, and since then, we’ve always talked about how cool
it would be to see how the pros do it. Watching it live together would be a dream come true.

The reason I really want to watch this event is because I now understand how difficult skiing
actually is. When I tried it for the first time, I was shivering with fear at the top of the beginner
slope, and my heart was racing. But after a few tries and some encouragement, I managed to
reach the bottom, and that small achievement gave me a huge confidence boost.

So now, when I see athletes doing crazy fast turns and jumps on steep slopes, I can truly
appreciate their skills and bravery. I also think watching them up close would push me beyond my
own limits, and maybe inspire me to improve my skiing in the future.

All in all, I believe attending a skiing event like this would be both exciting and meaningful, and I
really hope I’ll get the chance one day.
In my country, a wide range of sports events are shown on TV and online platforms. Football
matches are definitely the most popular, especially big events like the World Cup. Basketball,
particularly NBA games, also has a huge following. In winter, skiing and ice skating competitions
sometimes get media attention too, especially during the Winter Olympics. Recently, many
people also watch esports on streaming platforms, which is a newer form of competition.

Yes, many people here are crazy about football, especially the younger generation. Some of my
friends never miss a game, even if it’s at midnight. During big international events, like the World
Cup or the Asian Cup, people often watch together in bars or even set up projectors in public
squares. It brings a really lively and exciting atmosphere.

Absolutely. I think the support from the audience can make a big difference, especially in high-
pressure situations. When athletes hear cheers and applause, it can boost their confidence and
give them extra energy. Even when I was just trying skiing for the first time, hearing my friends
cheer for me made me feel braver. For professional athletes, that kind of emotional support must
be even more powerful.

Personally, I enjoy both, but watching sports live is more exciting. Being part of the crowd, feeling
the atmosphere, and seeing the action in real time—it just feels more real. I remember imagining
how amazing it would be to watch a live skiing competition after trying it myself. But of course,
watching on TV is more convenient and sometimes offers a better view of the action with close-
ups and replays.

I think people enjoy live sports because it’s about being part of the moment. The energy from the
crowd, the unpredictability, and the feeling of connection with other fans make it special. It’s not
just watching a game—it’s an emotional experience. Also, for fans who really admire certain
athletes, seeing them live is a big deal, kind of like going to a concert.

In general, Chinese people enjoy watching football, basketball, and table tennis. Table tennis is
very popular because we’ve had many world champions. In the north, during winter, people are
also interested in ice sports like skating and skiing, especially after the Beijing 2022 Winter
Olympics. Many were inspired by the performances and started to pay more attention to these
sports.

Yes, I believe healthy competition is good for students. It can help them set goals, stay motivated,
and learn how to deal with pressure. Just like in sports, a bit of competition pushes people to do
better. But of course, it’s important to keep a balance—too much pressure might cause stress. In
the end, the goal should be to improve and grow, not just to win.

o Which sports can children do on rainy days?

One outdoor sport I tried for the first time was skiing, and to be honest, it scared me out of my
mind at first. I had seen a lot of videos and pictures of people skiing, and while it looked fun and
exciting, it also seemed quite dangerous. But I still wanted to try it because many of my friends
spoke highly of it.

About two years ago, I went on a trip to Harbin, which is a city in northern China famous for its
beautiful snow scenery and winter activities. Since I was already there, I thought it would be a
great chance to give skiing a shot.

It took us about three hours to get from the city center to a snow resort. I went with a couple of
close friends, and we were all beginners. We started on the bunny slope, which is meant for
people like us. But even that felt quite steep and scary to me at the time. When I stood at the top
of the slope, with my skis on and looking down, I started shivering—partly from the cold, but
mostly from fear. My heart was beating so fast that I thought others could hear it.

Luckily, we had a coach who patiently taught us how to use the ski equipment—like the skis and
the poles. He explained how to go down the slope in zigzags, which helps control the speed. Even
so, I lost control a couple of times and nearly fell.

After a few practice runs and a deep breath, I finally managed to reach the bottom without
falling. That small success boosted my confidence, and I kept practicing until I got the hang of it.

In the end, skiing turned out to be great fun, and I really enjoyed pushing myself beyond my
limits. Even though it was a bit terrifying at first, I’m glad I gave it a try. I think trying something
new and challenging like this makes life more exciting.

o Who the person is
o What job/studies the person does
o What sort of clothes the person wears
o And explain why you think this person enjoys dressing well.

Part 3:
o Do you think online shopping will replace in-store shopping in the future? Why?
o Why is fashion very important to some people?
o Are older people as fashionable as young people?why?
o Are women more fashionable than men? Why?

"Actually, I’d like to talk about an old primary school friend of mine." "We’ve known each other
since we were kids, and she’s still someone I keep in touch with occasionally."

"She works as a product designer now." "Her job involves creating things like company posters,
business cartoons, and editing promotional videos for different businesses."

"Honestly, her style is very unique and stands out immediately."

"She absolutely loves wearing anime-inspired fashion – think frilly ‘Lolita’ style dresses, colorful
wigs, and outfits from Japanese cartoons or games."
"It’s like everyday is a bit like cosplay for her; she’s always in full, detailed outfits with perfect
makeup." "You’d rarely see her in ordinary jeans and a t-shirt."

"I believe she dresses this way firstly because it’s a powerful form of self-expression. Her clothes
shout ‘This is me!’ without her saying a word." "Secondly, it’s clearly a deep passion – she
genuinely loves the creativity, the characters, and the whole aesthetic. It’s her hobby." "Finally, it
gives her confidence. Dressing so boldly and skillfully makes her feel happy and empowered. It’s
not about following trends; it’s about being truly herself."

"So yeah, she turns everyday life into a kind of artistic performance through her clothes, and it’s
really amazing to see."
I think online shopping will become more popular, but it probably won’t completely replace in-
store shopping. Online shopping is very convenient — you can buy almost anything from home,
and there are many choices. However, some people still like to see and try things in person
before buying, especially clothes or shoes. So both ways will likely continue to exist together.

For some people, fashion is a way to express their personality and creativity. For example, a
friend of mine is really into anime-inspired fashion and wears unique, colorful outfits every day.
For her, dressing this way isn’t just about following trends — it’s a form of self-expression and
something she’s passionate about. It also gives her confidence and makes her feel empowered.

Generally, younger people tend to follow fashion trends more closely and experiment with styles,
while older people may prefer comfort or classic looks. But that doesn’t mean older people can’t
be fashionable. Some older individuals have their own unique style and dress confidently. It
depends more on personality and interest than age alone.

In my experience, women often pay more attention to fashion than men, probably because
there’s more variety and social encouragement for women to experiment with styles. Women
might also see fashion as a way to express themselves or boost confidence. But of course, many
men are also very fashionable these days — it really depends on the individual.

o Do you think people should remember family history?
o If someone doesn't really like whom they are going to meet, they may deliberately forget their
appointment, is this true?
o Which is more important, a work-related appointment or an appointment with a friend?
Why?

I want to talk about a time last year when I completely forgot about an appointment with an old
friend from primary school. We had planned to meet at a café downtown on a Saturday
afternoon to catch up after a long time.

On that day, I was really busy finishing up some work projects. I was so focused on my tasks that,
even when the appointment time arrived, it didn’t cross my mind at all. It was only when I
suddenly checked my phone in the early afternoon that I realized we were supposed to meet
right then!

I immediately rushed to get ready and went to the café as fast as I could. But unfortunately, by
the time I arrived, I was already an hour late. My friend was still there waiting, and though she
was understanding, I felt really embarrassed and guilty for making her wait.

After that, I apologized sincerely and promised to be more careful in the future. I felt quite bad
because I usually try to be responsible, but my short memory span often causes me trouble.
Since then, I’ve started using sticky notes and setting reminders on my phone to make sure I
don’t forget important appointments again.

Overall, this experience taught me the importance of being organised and managing my time
better. Forgetting the appointment made me realise that no matter how busy I am, I need to take
a moment to remember my commitments.
