TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Make all payments at the front desk, through a debit
Card or transfer to ECO BANK: 5232002830 OR MONIEPOINT: 5439981112. Do
not pay cash or pay into any of our staff personal accounts. For clarification, call the

MODE OF PAYMENT: Make full payment or minimum of 70% deposit. Full
payment is required for one week, week-end and one day intensive training.
TERMINATION OF TRAINING: Your training will be temporarily terminated if
you fail to pay your balance after one week of training. Failure to pay the
balance after one week grace, your training will be terminated permanently.
MODE OF TRAINING: The regular training includes theory & practical, from
Monday - Friday. The theory class holds in the classroom every Wednesday
from 9:00am-11:00am. While the practical training holds on Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday. Four days practical in a week and one day theory
WEEKEND TRAINING: The weekend training holds only on Saturday &
Sunday. Based on appointment.
TRAINING TIME FRAME: There is no time-frame attached to regular training.
The training covers a specific distance, E.g from Omachi to Roundabout To &
Fro. ( approximately two kilometers daily. )
COMPLETION OF TRAINING: Please note that your training program has a
fixed duration. Your training will conclude strictly on the scheduled end date,
with no extensions or additional days granted. No change of training plan once
you commence training.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds of money once the training has commenced,
but in case of NO SHOW UP after one month of registration 30%
administrative charges will be deducted before any refund.
GENERAL CERTIFICATE OF DRIVER'S EDUCATION: The certificate is
attached to Drivers license, once you pay for Drivers license, you are entitled
to the certificate, but it's when you pass 60% and above in the Computer
Based Test ( CBT )
PRICE CHANGES: Please note that our price is subject to change as it will be
determined by market forces. We will notify our intakes accordingly.
