I have been managing a team of 15 members as a senior engineering manager since
last 3 years. I am managing 5 projects and i am known to provide the best customer
support for all of products .

My engineering journey has shaped me into a resilient and adaptable professional
who is always eager to take on new challenges and contribute to meaningful
projects. From my early days of studying engineering in college to my current role,
I have always been passionate about solving complex problems and finding innovative
solutions. Throughout my journey, I have worked on various projects that have
allowed me to develop my technical skills and gain practical experience. One such

Among the reasons why I am changing jobs is that I would like to gain more upward
mobility and financial stability. I have been working for my current employer for
the last four years and have grown professionally. My experience has given me a
spectacular work ethic and an in-depth understanding of the industry. Nevertheless,
my work has become less challenging over the years. My growth prospects within the

In my most recent position, I introduced a new code review process that increased
code quality and reduced errors by 20%. I also implemented a new automated testing
framework that reduced testing time by 50%. Lastly, I led a team to refactor a
legacy module, resulting in a 30% reduction in code complexity and an increase in

My work ethic can be described as reliable and consistent. It is easy for me to

My biggest weakness is that most of my experience is in c, c++ language. I have
already started to work on it , i did courses on cloud architecture and databases
and kubernetes etc. I have also picked a project in my group which involves cloud
architecture and its helping me learning the new skills.
My strength is that I am a fast learner, provide excellent customer service, fit
quickly in a team. I am positive about feedback and continuous development.
