Overview:
Cyber trivia is a cybersecurity quiz competition designed to challenge
participants on various aspects of cybersecurity. The competition features
multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering a wide range of topics, including but
not limited to:
Digital Forensics
Web Exploitation
Binary Exploitation
Cryptography (Basic & Advanced)
Mobile Security
Blockchain Security
Cloud Security
IoT Security
SOC
Participants will be tested on their knowledge, analytical skills in the field of
cybersecurity.
Team Formation:
Each team can consist upto 3 players.
Rounds:
Round 1: Recon
Time: 30 minutes
The duration for eah quesiton will be 20 seconds.
Round 2: Proving Grounds
Time: 30 minutes
The duration for eah quesiton will be 20 seconds.
Round 3: Mayhem
Time: 30 minutes
The duration for eah quesiton will be 20 seconds.
Cyber Trivia
Rules:
No External Help – Teams cannot communicate with others during the
competition.
Stay in Bounds – Players must remain inside the designated rooms.
Respect Organizers– Teams must follow the instructions of the organizers and
game masters.
Devices - Platform can only be accesses via a single device only per team. You
Team can use either a mobile or a laptop.
Scoring - Points will be awarded based on speed and accuracy. Final results
will be announced at the end of the competition.
AI - Use of AI platforms like ChatGPT is not allowed.
Internet will be provided, but teams should have backup options (such as
mobile data or an alternate device) in case of connectivity issues.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules or competition parameters
in case of unforeseen challenges, technical difficulties, or circumstances
beyond their control. Any changes will be communicated promptly to all
participants to ensure fairness and transparency.
Winning Criteria:
First round score will be of 20%
Second round score will be of 30%
Final round score will be of 50%
