appointments.
5. Allow patients to check open slots and make appointments.
4. Subsystems:
1. Login system: The main users of the system will be the Doctor and the
Receptionist. They will be able to access the system by proving their usernames
and passwords to a login page provided.

To be completed:
6. Walk-through:
1. Patients cannot use the system, no direct interaction with system.
2. System has no backup as it is centralised to one area/ work space.
3. Rescheduling from the doctors side of the system is not communicated to the
respective patient.
7. The risks:
Time management risk: allocating time to activities that do not deserve it, such as giving
some tasks more time than others.
Challenge to implement the software project: unfamiliarity with relevant features
provided by the tools used.
Performance risk: the risk that the project will fail to produce results consistent with
projects specification.
8. Risks analysis: probability of risks occurring and
degree of impact:
1. Time management: highly likely & catastrophic.
2. Implementation challenges: unlikely & critical impact.
3. Performance risk: unlikely & catastrophic.
9. Risk planning:
1. Planning activities and assigning appropriate time allocations.
2. Setting goals, striving towards achieving them.
3. Proper planning with all factors taken into consideration.
4. Learn more of the tools in relation to the needs of the project.
