Office 365 Staff/Faculty
Enter the url http://o365signup.mona.uwi.edu in your web browser. Enter your uwimona.edu.jm email address.
You will be prompted to indicate if you are a teacher or student. Choose “I’m a teacher”
Check your uwimona.edu.jm Email account for message from Office 365 with subject “Finish signing up for Office 365
Education”. Click on the link “Yes, that’s me”
Enter your Firstname and Lastname and set a password for future use. Click Start when completed.
Click Skip to continue
You will be presented with the following screen to now install the Office 365 product onto your device.
Note: Do not Install Office 2016 if you intend to use Outlook with your campus email account
Click the “Other Installs” link and install Office 2013
If you wish to install Office 2016 then click the “Install Office 2016” link and follow the instructions
For Office 2013
Click the install button under the Install Office 365 Proplus with 2013 apps (highlighted in yellow below) and follow the
instructions.
Installation can be done on maximum 5 devices. To install on additional devices after initial signup go to
http://portal.office.com and login with your uwimona.edu.jm email address as the login name and the password you
entered on the signup page.
Password recovery is available on the main login screen.
To remove any of the 5 devices from your licence count you can login into the portal and remove the device.
