Responsible to    :        Restaurant Supervisor/Team Leader
 I. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
    >Responsible for the over-all cleanliness of the store both FOH and BOH
    >Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all wares
    >Assist in the receiving of deliveries and proper storing of restaurant stocks
    >Assist in the dining area when needed
    >Assist in the preparation of mies and place items in the kitchen area
 II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTED RESULTS

 III. HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:
    1.    Ability to communicate in both Filipino and English.
    2.    Clean appearance and respectful demeanor.
    3.    Possess good housekeeping practices.
    4.    Have basic service skills.
    5.    Flexible and punctual.
    6.    Self starter and smart.
    7.    Possess proper coordination skills (people, equipment, product)
    8.    Physical ability (lifting, bending, speed in delivery)
    9.    Good attitude and positive outlook.
    10.   Age limit: 23 to 28 years old. Height limit: 5’4
    11.   Educational attainment: College level
    12.   Work experience: Previous work must be from a casual dining concept or similar to fast casual.
Restaurant business operates 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this and be aware that
at times it may be necessary to adjust a Team Member’s schedule as business demands.
