STEPS TO LOGIN:
SETTING 1:
1. OPEN MICROSOFT EDGE BROWSER
2. GO TO SETTINGS
Click on settings
3. SELECT DEFAULT BROWSER
Click on default browser
4. IN Internet Explorer mode pages - CLICK ON ADD BUTTON
5. ADD URL https://103.138.196.87/kreis4/SWOLogin.aspx IN ADD A PAGE AND CLICK ADD BUTTON.
6. GO TO KREIS WEBSITE
7. CLICK ON BIOMETRIC ATTENDENCE MARKING
8. NOW GO TO BIOMETRIC WEBSITE AND LOGIN BY USING LOGIN CREDENTIALS (USER ID/PASSWORD:
warden/warden)
SETTING 2:
1. OPEN MICROSOFT EDGE BROWSER
2. GO TO MORE TOOLS
Click on more tools
3. SELECT INTERNET OPTIONS
Select internet option

IF THE INTERNET OPTION MODE IS NOT FIND IN MORE TOOLS TYPE IN SEARCH OPTION TYPE AS
INTERNET OPTION
4. IN SECURITY TAB SELECT CUSTOM LEVEL
5. ENABLE ABOVE 3 SETTINGS AND CLICK ON OK BUTTON.
6. IF IT STILL NOT ABLE TO LOGIN CHECK Internet Explorer MODE
In order enable the

Steps for Device open failed:
Check your Biometric device
Model Name: HAMSTER PRO 20 and Model No: HU20
{IF ANY OTHER DEVICE ARE USED IT WILL SHOW DEVICE OPEN FAILED SO USE THE ABOVE DEVICE ONLY}
1. Go to control pannel
2. Select System and Security
CLICK ON SYSTEM AND SECURITY
3. Click on Check firewall status
CLICK ON CHECK FIREWALL
4. Turn off windows defender firewall(not recommended)
{IN ORDER TO TURNOFF THE FIRE WALL CLICK ON WINDOW DEFENDER FIREWALL ON OR OFF}
5. Uninstall Antivirus
a. GO TO CONTROL PANEL
b. CLICK ON UNINSTALL PROGRAM
CLICK ON UNISTALL PROGRAM
UNINSTALL ANTIVIRUS LIKE QUICK HEAL, MICROSOFT DEFENDER, McAFREE TOTAL PROTECTION

STEPS TO INSTALL BIOMETRIC DRIVERS
1. GO TO KREIS WEBSITE
2. DOWNLOAD BIOMETRIC DRIVERS FROM SMS HOME PAGE

3. AFTER INSTALLING THE DRIVERS THEN EXTRACT THE DRIVERS AND SAVE IT ON THE DESKTOP
4. NEXT SELECT SDK PRO AND CLICK ON SETUP TO INSTALL
5. AFTER INSTALLING THE SDK PRO NEXT SELECT DEVICE DRIVERS BASED ON THE YOUR SYSTEM
OS(WHETHER IT IS 32 BIT OR 64 BIT)
6. INSTALL THE DEVICE DRIVERS
Steps for object does not support property or method:
1. Go to control panel
2. Select programs
3. Click on uninstall a program
4. Check whether the biometric drivers installed or not
5. If not kindly download biometric drivers from SMS home page
6. If drivers are already installed then in windows 7 : Your current security settings put your computer at
risk. Click here to change your secutiy settings. Right click on this -> add-on Disabled-> run Add-on->Run
as shown below.
In windows 10 click on allow as shown in the below fig.
7. After following all these steps if you are unable to login or mark attendance then format the
system and contact this number {6362822010}.
8. If you are getting this type error message then do format your system.
