operations, and team leadership across industries such as fast food, fine dining, delivery logistics,
insurance, and claims management, I bring a unique combination of adaptability, professionalism,

In my most recent role as Team Leader at Concentrix (Temu account), I developed and
implemented strategies that consistently improved key performance indicators, coached agents to
reach their potential, and analyzed operational data to drive decision-making. Prior to that, as
Multi-Brand Area Manager at Delosi, I supervised 135 delivery drivers across seven brands,
optimizing operations to increase efficiency and reduce complaints. Earlier positions at Delosi
allowed me to lead shifts with more than 70 employees, train teams across major brands like
Starbucks and Chili’s, and oversee customer service and claims resolution. These roles have honed
my ability to manage large teams, resolve conflicts under pressure, and deliver service that exceeds
expectations.
What sets me apart is my bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, my experience collaborating
with U.S.-based companies, and my proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural
environments. I am committed to delivering excellent guest experiences, whether that means
coordinating front desk operations, supporting food and beverage service, or ensuring smooth
housekeeping and hospitality operations.
