I. GENERAL CLEANING

SCOPE OF WORKS
1. Check and record air temperature entering and leaving the evaporator.
2. Check and record operating pressure and room temperature.
3. Check and record compressor and fan motor voltage and current flow.
4. Check and clean evaporator and condenser coils by using pressure washer.
5. Check and clean air filter.
6. Check system for refrigerant leak.
7. Check and lubricate fan bearing, if necessary.
8. Check for unusual noise.
9. Check all panels and ensure that thses are properly secured.
10. Tighten all electrical terminal connections.
11. Check wiring harness condition.
12. General housekeeping after servicing of units.
13. Check operating pressure of the system.
14. Inspect contact points contactor and ensure that these are clean.
15. Regular flushing of drain line.
EXCLUSION
1. Supply of spare parts, materials and compressor.
2. Major repair works (to be quoted separately).
WARRANTY
30 days workmanship upon date of completion
TERMS OF PAYMENT
100% upon completion
