The fourth semester students are required to undergo industrial visit as part of academic curriculum and
provide the students with practical knowledge in communication systems and to integrate complex systems for
applications focused on Aeronautics, Space and Defense applications. This is to request to permit to 55 students of 4 th

Sub: Request to accelerate the renovation work

This is to bring to your kind notice that ,the renovation work in ECE Department (Second floor administrative
block)is going in a very slow pace. The faculty are facing the following problems as a consequence of this.
1. Cabin partitions of female staff rooms were removed and shifted to 2 nd floor. Since the work is incomplete, all
lady faculty are sitting in a room with no partition .
2. Since the gent’s toilet work is still going on, faculty are struggling to attend the nature call.
3. Since the renovation work is still going on, there is an acute shortage of faculty rooms.
Considering all these facts, it is requested to accelerate the renovation work and make necessary arrangements
to complete the work at the earliest.

I am writing to bring to your kind attention the urgent need to procure modern equipment for the upgradation of our
laboratories. The existing electronic equipment, purchased several years ago, has become outdated and is no longer
aligned with industry standards.
This obsolescence hinders our ability to provide students with hands-on training on state-of-the-art equipment,
essential for their future employability. Moreover, most of the current equipment is no longer in production, making
maintenance and repair increasingly challenging.
During the recent NBA visit, the team members highlighted the lack of procurement in recent years, emphasizing the
need for lab modernization. To address this concern and enhance our students' learning experience, I respectfully
request that we procure new equipment to upgrade our laboratories. Kindly consider our request and make necessary
arrangements for the procurement.

To ensure seamless functionality, we respectfully request the provision of five new computing systems, enabling us to
install and fully operationalize the VTCAD tool.

We would like to bring to your attention that this is our third request regarding the provision of new computing
systems to support the VTCAD tool. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response from your office.

Subject: Urgent Request for Pedestal Fans in Non-Functional AC Laboratory Rooms

This letter serves as an urgent request for immediate action regarding the non-functional air conditioning units in two
of our laboratory rooms. As you are aware, a request for the replacement of these ACs was submitted approximately
one year ago. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive any response or see any progress on this matter.

With the commencement of classes scheduled for April 7th, and the summer season now peaking in Mysuru, the
conditions in these laboratories will become extremely challenging and uncomfortable for both students and faculty.
Working for extended periods in poorly ventilated and hot environments will significantly impact their ability to
concentrate, learn effectively, and conduct their work efficiently.

We are now requesting an immediate procurement of at least eight (8) pedestal fans for these two laboratory rooms
for permeant use. we urge you to prioritize this request and take swift action to provide the requested pedestal fans at
the earliest.
