Series of 2024
A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING HON. CONGRESSMAN FERNANDO “DIDI” T. CABREDO TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND CONCRETING OF THE NEW ACCESS ROAD AT
PUROK 7, SITIO NABARIAN BALUTO, BRGY. BANGIAWON, OAS, ALBAY.
WHEREAS, one of the priority projects of this barangay is the improvement of its Barangay Road network top enhance the
mobility and social interaction of the residents;
WHEREAS, one of the strategic barangay roads as identified for opening new access road which is approximate length of
1,700-line meter;
WHEREAS, the current riprap that serves as pathways becomes muddy, dangerous and hardly passable to more than 85
residents during rainy and flooding season thereby causing inconvenience and life-threats to the residents thereat; especially
to those who are studying in Bangiawon Integrated School, Brgy. Bangiawon, Oas, Albay.
WHEREAS, in order to solve this problem, it is a need to open a new access road which is accessible, passable and safe for
everyone. However, with its limited budgetary resources, Barangay Bangiawon is not financially capable to undertake this
urgently needed project;
WHEREAS, this body is aware of the thrusts of the HON. CONGRESSMAN FERNANDO “DIDI” T. CABREDO for
the construction and concreting of the new access road.
WHEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay Kagawad HON. ALBERT B. BERUELA, as Chairman, Committee on
Education; duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad HON. DANILO R. REONAL, as Chairman, Committee on Infrastracture.
RESOLVED, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved to earnestly request HON. CONG. FERNANDO “DIDI” T.
CABREDO (Albay 3rd District Representative) for their most favorable action.
