lives and relationships. They are influenced by our beliefs, our background, education, and

:Causes of moral decline
Parents: Lack of parental guidance
Peer pressure: being influenced by peers (people of the same age) who lack any moral
.compass that directs their behavior
Globalization: obsession with technology, social media content which distort our conception
.of what is right or wrong
..Moral codes: moral codes and laws are not longer respected and implemented in society etc
.Others:- materialistic view of life/ misunderstanding the real essence of life and existence

Examples of attitudes, values


 Acceptant of failure - Considers failure as an occasional part of learning.
 Caring- Cares for others, the nature , and human-made objects. Caring includes participating
for the well being of all things for the present and future sustainability of a community.
 Cooperative - Works with others for common goals and shares ideas.

 Enjoyment /Flexibility /Grateful /Knowledgeable - Willing to change, to adapt, to learn and


to appreciate life.
 Open-minded/ Optimistic - Tolerates ideas and opinions of others and the importance of
carefully considering and accepting differences
 Sensitive - Considers all actions and inactions results on all living and nonliving things.
 Share - it is important and enjoyable to help other people.
 Self-control - Choose mastery-oriented behaviors that achieve predictable and reliable
outcomes.
 Sociable - Values other people and desires to be involved with others to benefit by helping,
caring, contributing
 Values communication - Seeks ways to communicate that effectively enable others to
accurately conceptualize the ideas wanting to be communicated.
