Territorial Limits: All premises as stated in each section owned or occupied or used by the Insured for the purposes of The Business all situated in
the area which on 1st January 1976 constituted the Republic of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Malawi and
Mozambique.

PREMIUM SUMMARY

All premiums are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. With the direction of the Commissioner in terms of S20(7) of the VAT Act, this policy
document together with proof of payment of the insurance premium constitutes a valid tax invoice.
All excess amounts are inclusive of VAT and are due before we settle the claim. Please note that we may deduct these amounts from the
compensation we give.

Important Information
In terms of current legislation your broker is obliged to provide you with details of how much (in monetary terms) of the above premium the insurer[s] retains[s] as
insurance premium and how much is paid across to your broker as commission. Your broker has requested that we assist with this legislative disclosure
requirement and the necessary information is reflected below:

Flood damage cover is excluded in respect of properties situated below the 50 year floodline located next to the Vaal or Orange rivers.
No insurer shall be deemed to provide cover and no insurer shall be liable to pay any claim or provide any benefit hereunder to the extent that the provision of
such cover, payment of such claim, or provision of such benefit would expose that insurer to any sanction, prohibition or restriction under United Nations
resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European Union, United Kingdom or United States of America.
Notwithstanding any Provision of this Policy, including any Exclusion, Exception, Extension, Insuring Provision, or any Provision which would otherwise override
this General Exception, this Policy does not cover any loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, exposure, expense or other sum of any nature, including any
consequential losses in terms of any section of this Policy, that is directly or indirectly, regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any
other sequence, caused by, attributable to, in consequence of, related to, resulting from, arising out of, following, or in any way in connection with the
following:A)Electricity Grid Interruption (as defined below); and/orB)the restoration or reconnection of the supply of electricity following Electricity Grid
Interruption.Electricity Grid Interruption means an interruption or suspension of electricity supply from any electrical power supply network to any end user, in any
manner, from whatsoever source, and for whatsoever reason, whether due to damage, an inability, and/or failure (whether partial or total) of any electrical power
supplier to generate, transmit or distribute electricity, or otherwise.This exclusion also applies to consequential losses in respect of any utilities that are affected
by Electricity Grid Interruption including, but not limited to, the disruption of water, telecommunications and sewage systems. It also applies to other
consequential losses, such as the deterioration of stock, food or other items.This exclusion does not apply to:I)any loss or damage to property, other than
property that is in any way used for, implemented in, or part of the generation or production of electricity, which is covered in terms of any public utilities section
or extension (if selected by the Insured) of this Policy.II)any loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, exposure, expense or other sum of any nature caused by,
attributable to, in consequence of, related to, resulting from, arising out of, following, or in any way in connection with Power Surge (as defined below) following
Loadshedding (as defined below)Loadshedding means the intentional total or partial withholding of electricity supply (from any source) by any electricity supplier,
which is implemented in phases, and which does not affect a municipality (including local, district, regional or any other level created by law), province, or the
country at substantially the same time.Power surge means any temporary increase (of any degree) in the current or voltage of an electrical circuit, electricity
network or supply.

Costs
(a) Where the first amounts payable are stated as fixed currency amounts per item, only the amount of the item with the highest first amount payable will be used once for
the entire claim.

(b) Where the first amounts payable are based on a percentage of the claim or sum insured, the first amount payable will be calculated individually for each affected item.
Where however such first amounts payable of each item stipulate that the result is subject to a minimum amount, only one minimum amount will be used and it will be the
amount of the item with the highest minimum unless this does not work to the benefit of the insured.

Column 1 - Buildings constructed of brick, stone, concrete or metal on metal framework and roofed with slate, tiles, metal, concrete or asbestos unless
otherwise stated in the schedules including landlord's fixtures and fittings therein and thereon, walls (except dam walls) gates, posts and fences.
Column 2 - The number of months rent/rental value stated in the schedule.
Column 3 - Plant, Machinery, Landlord's fixtures and fittings for which the insured is responsible and all other contents excluding property more specifically
insured.

It is important to note that usual insurance practice is to settle any Motor total loss own damage claims on reasonable market value. 'Reasonable
market value' is normally determined by reference to certain publications available to the Motor Trade. Some insurers will take the average between
the lower 'trade value' and higher 'retail value' (adjusted for mileage and condition) contained in these publications to arrive at the settlement figure.
Old Mutual Insure Limited will however now settle losses of this nature by using the higher 'retail value' (adjusted for mileage, condition or additional
accessories) which should (depending on mileage and condition) result in a higher settlement figure.
To gain full benefit from the above, motor vehicle insured values must be adequate and must be set at the higher retail amount adjusted for any
accessories etc.
Vehicle Definitions
7.1 Private type motor cars (including station wagons, safari vans, estate cars and the like or similar vehicles designed to seat not more
than 9 persons including the driver).
7.2 Commercial vehicles and special type vehicles as described in the schedule.
7.3 Motor cycles (including motor scooters and 3-wheeled vehicles).
7.4 Buses (including any vehicle used for business purposes and designed to seat more than 9 persons, including the driver).
7.5 Trailers, i.e. any vehicle without means of self-propulsion designed to be drawn by a self-propelled vehicle, but excluding any parts
or accessories not permanently fitted thereto.
