The relation between the supplier and the regulated company will vary significantly

depending upon the product Or the scope of service being provided.

For Standard Product (C3) Supplier involvement with the regulatory company is typically
limited to the provision of documentation training, support and maintenance.

For Configured Product (C4) Supplier involvement includes support with specification
configuration verification and operation of the system.

For Custom Products (C5) Supplier will be involved during the full project life cycle of the
system, and also to provide support during system operations.
