[SUB: Report against public and local nuisance created by neighbour]
I, Tapan Kumar Ghosh, is permanent resident of 917/1, Professor Pally 1 st
lane, Birati, Kolkata - 700051 Ward no. 18 under North Dum Dum Municipality,
I would like to bring your kind notice that there is common passage 6 feet
wide in between my neighbour’s plot and my neighbour i.e. Subir Mitra name’s
plot and my plot. Since about last 2 years my said neighbour including namely
known as Pijush, Rinku, Mou (Rinku’s wife) and her daughter (Rinku’s
daughter) they are intentionally creating nuisance by way of spreading dirty
articles, pieces of broken glasses and even the wines bottle on the said common
passages, also within our boundary of land. Even after repeated polite request
they have not stopped in doing of illegal acts rather they are using abuse
languages addressing me and all our family members. Specially they have been
using abusive languages addressing to my wife and my only daughter and even
when any of my near relatives try to visit my house, they are also addressing
abusive language to them. Day by day the such behaviour has been increased
immensely and now they are creating obstruction during my entry into my
premises and intentionally standing at the entrance of the common passage so
that we are not able to enter easily to our own premises. Whenever, I or any
member of my family request to them not to block of our entranc3 to our
premises they have given life threat and also stated they will create a critical
situation so that we will not be able to reside at our premises and compel to
leave the premises. As a result of which none of our relatives and friends are
feeling comfortable to visit my house due to their habitual obstructions for
entering my house and thus always trying to create unhealthy atmosphere in the
locality, which is tantamount to violation and tranquillity of peace.
In recent past i.e. on 15.05.2025 when my sister-in-law at about 08.00
pm was entering to my house at that moment they thrown dirty article from my
said neighbour’s house in front her. At that moment my wife and sister-in-law
strongly protested for such illicit behaviour of my said neighbour thereafter they
have given life threat and stated that they will force us to drive away from this
place with addressing filthy abusive languages any other words which is

impossible to state herein by me being a gentle person. At that time the said
Pijush and Rinku roughly and aggressively came out from there home and used
abusive languages to my wife and sister-in-law which is a very serious committed
offence for such attract by two adult males’ person upon innocent and gentle
ladies. Such action on the part of the said persons shall be taken seriously so
that in future they are not able to express such anguish, aggressiveness,
boisterous and turbulent behaviour to the gentle ladies or any other person.
The above act the all above family members of my neighbour is warrant
strong action against them to initiate lawful action against them but for maintain
the peaceful environment in the locality I have not yet initiated any lawful action
against them by lodging complain before the appropriate authority for the
purpose of giving them a chance to be rectified themselves in-order to restrain
from any such act in future.
However, as you are the first citizen of our locality being our
representative of our local authority, I am informing you the above facts for
taking appropriate action so as to restrict my hand to initiate action against them
as deem fit and proper as per law.
In view of above I pray your good-self to take the matter as a very serious
concern so that recurrence of such events shall not occur in future and I hope
that you have to proceed to resolve the issue to establish a healthy atmosphere
in the locality.
And also, your kind action in this matter is highly solicited.
