Subject: Complaint Against Rowdy Sheeter Lalla Singh, alias L Vikash Singh, and his
brother-in-law Sunil, alias Mandu, and his Gang.
My name is L Vasudev Singh, and I am a resident of Nanakramguda, the son of Ganesh
Singh. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue of misconduct and criminal
activities involving individuals known as Rowdy Sheete Lalla Singh, also known as L Vikash
Singh, and Sunil, also known as Mandu. Sunil has been involved in threatening behaviour,
hooliganism, and extortion activities. He is threatening vendors, including myself, not to set
up tea shops and engaging in rowdy behaviour within our community. The streets fall under
the jurisdiction of TSIIC, and any unauthorized settlements are illegal. Mamuls bribes are
being taken by GHMC supervisors to TSIIC. These individuals are operating the Shops 24/7
non adhering Hyderabad city police act and Election code.
I will report this to TSIIC and GHMC in order to have the encroachments removed, as they
are causing traffic congestion, nuisances, and other issues. There is also an accountability in
the local court for GHMC and TSIIC's failure to take action against the
encroachments. This includes holding the employees of governing bodies accountable for
taking bribes and assisting in the encroachment. It is important to keep the State
Anticorruption Agency informed about these issues.
It is crucial to take immediate action against the individuals listed below to ensure the safety
and well-being of the residents and business owners in the area. Their actions are not only
creating fear and insecurity, but also disrupting the peace and harmony of the locality.
Sunil Singh is the brother-in-law of Lalla Singh, a Historic notorious Ganja
peddler and supporter of the Ganja gang ring in Nanakramguda. There are concerns that
people are using Sunil Singh's name to intimidate others, as he is known to
be a dangerous individual. Recently, Sunil Singh threatened me, warning of potential harm
and consequences. Additionally, he had his brother-in-law, Lalla Singh, call and threaten
me as well. At present, both Lalla Singh and Akash Singh are absconding and out of town.
I urge you to promptly investigate this matter and take necessary legal actions against Goons
Lalla Singh alias Vikash and Sunil alias Mandu for their illegal activities. I have approached
local stations on multiple occasions, but I was demotivated and swayed away.
