Dear Ma’am and Sir,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as a Sales Associate at


Prince Hypermart Bantayan. My last day of work will be August 31, 2024.

I have truly enjoyed my time at Prince Hypermart Bantayan. and am grateful


for the opportunities for growth and development that I have experienced
during my tenure. However, after careful consideration, I have decided to
pursue a new opportunity that aligns more closely with my long-term career
goals.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire team at Prince Hypermart


Bantayan for their support, guidance, and camaraderie. I have learned
valuable skills and lessons that I will carry with me throughout my career.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my notice period and


complete any outstanding tasks.
