G4FCEU435758, Model.VERNA 1.6 SX HIGH, From Mr.DIVYANAND
KATGALKAR, S/o.Maruthi,

2. That I have received complete physical possession of the vehicle and I amsatisfied
w ith the condition of the vehicle.

3. .Tha t I confirm that hen ce forth the seller shall not-hold any accounta bility
towards the vehicle.

4. That I a m fully awa re that the vehicle being sold to me, had met with an
accident and hence it is sold to me as salvage on as is where is basis.

5. That I am purchasing the vehicle with utmost consciousness and I am Under


uess, threat or coercion from anybody whosoever.

6. Tha t l have been fully explained about the vehicle, its condition and there
h as been no misrepresentation or concealment of facts to me.

7. That I hav e purchased the above sa id vehicle and 1shall be f ully responsible
for all kinds of legal, statutory or non-statutory liabilities, including but not
limited challans, taxes, accident etc., for the above mentioned da te of
purchase, today....................…

8. Tha t I hereby expressly hold myself responsible for transfer of title of the
vehicle in my name as to accord the change of ownership record with the
appropriate authorities.
