Respected Madam,

I am Himanshu Bansal, parent of Garvit bansal, studying in V C, Roll


No .22. I am writing to inform you that my child has sustained a hand
fracture on 10-05-2025, and as per the doctor’s advice, requires complete
rest and medical care.

Due to this injury, he has been unable to attend school and has
unfortunately missed the ongoing examinations during the period of 10-
05-25 to 13-05-25. We understand the importance of -these exams and
humbly request your kind consideration in granting medical leave for the
duration of his absence.

A copy of the medical certificate is attached herewith for your reference.
