5) A man died and left a capital of 24 000 pounds to be divided among his wife, 2

6) Ahmed, Yasser & Hany started a trade business. At the end of the year the

profit was divided between them, Ahmed’s share was of Yasser’s share &

Yasser’s share was if Hany’s share. If the share of yasser is more than

7) Mostafa, Adel & Raafat started a commercial business. Mostafa paid L.E 20
000, Adel paid L.E 16 000 and Raafat paid L.E 14 000 at the end of the year
the net profit was L.E 5000. Find the share of each from the profit.

3) If the ratio of success in grade six in a primary school was 91% and the
number of failed pupils is 18 pupil. How many pupils succeeded?
