School Improvement Planning Process and School Report

Activity FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025 - 2026
Date & Time: June 23, 2025
Venue: Grade 10- Faith Room
Participants: Department Heads, All Teaching and Non- teaching Personnel
In preparation for School Year 2025–2026, all teaching and non-
teaching personnel are enjoined to attend the School Planning
Activity Conference to align plans, strengthen collaboration, and prepare
Description for a productive academic year ahead.
This conference aims to:
a. Review the accomplishments and challenges of the previous
school year;
b. Plan, align, and calendar school programs and activities for SY
Objectives 2025–2026 per DepEd directives;
c. Assign committees and designate focal persons for specific
school events and initiatives;
d. Promote collaborative decision-making and ownership of school
goals and projects.
Highlights of This report outlines the accomplishments and key actions
the Activity (in undertaken in line with the agreed-upon agenda for the school’s
narrative/bullet continuous improvement and compliance for the School Year
form) 2025–2026.
Monitoring of Student Attendance
Strict monitoring of student attendance has been
implemented. Advisers and subject teachers were directed
to submit daily attendance reports. Attendance records are
regularly reviewed to identify at-risk learners and
implement early interventions as needed.
School MOOE Allocation
The total MOOE was clarified and recorded as Php 247,000
for Junior High School and Php 89,500 for Senior High
School. Budget planning and disbursement have been
aligned with this allocation to support academic and

extracurricular programs.
School Programs and Athlete Training
Identified student-athletes have begun their training
sessions from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily. Coaches must
submit training schedules and attendance logs, ensuring
proper time management and preparation for district-level
competitions.
Club Meetings Implementation
On June 27, 2025, club meetings will be conducted from
01:00–02:30 PM for Academic Clubs and 02:30–04:00 PM for
Special Interest Clubs. All students are guided to enroll in
one academic and one special interest club. Club advisers
should membership lists and minutes of the meetings.
Lesson Plan Monitoring
Lesson plans of teachers are being consistently reviewed by
Department Heads. Daily checking and feedback are
documented and duly noted by the School Head. This has
ensured curriculum alignment, instructional quality, and
preparedness of teaching staff.
First General Assembly Preparation
Preparations for the First General Assembly scheduled on
July 04, 2025, at 01:00 PM are underway.
