Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of AMCA
certified Vane Axial Fans shall be complete with casing made
of heavy gauge GI Sheet, motor, impeller (Hub and blades)
shall be constructed of die cast aluminium alloy and should
have aerodynamic profile. Direction of discharge and rotation
position shall be as per the job requirement and shall be
marked on the fan assembly, fan shall be provided with Inlet
Cone with 415±10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC power supply,
IP55, S1 duty, IS325, class F insulation. AMCA certification shall
be for both performance and sound. Fan and motor assembly
shall be properly supported with MS frame, spring vibration
isolators, flexible fire proof canvas, leak proof ducting
1.1 connection with civil plenum with properly grouted M.S
angles. MS structure should be painted with hot deep
galvanised of minimum 80 micron. The fan shall be direct
driven and with flexible connector. Fan shall be provided with
starter panel and required cabling as per fan capacity as per
specifications approved by consultants/ client.. The motor &
starter panel should be compatible to VFD installation and
shall be as per type-2 coordination. The noise level in the
basement car parking shall not exceed 70 dBA measured 3.0m
from equipment casing. The fan shall be minimum 70%
efficient. Fans specified for use in carpark ventilation
applications shall be rated for 300°C, 2 hours and for normal

THRUST Dual Speed Ductless Ventilation / Jet fans. The fan
shall be assembled with motors, Silencer, terminal box,
mounting bracket, protection guard, deflector/guide vane,
Casing, impeller, spring type vibration hangers, fabricated
galvanized channel/angle supports etc. complete. The fan
shall have adjustable aluminium impeller and shall be direct
1.2 driven type running at not more than 1450 rpm at lower speed
and 2900 rpm at higher speed. The casing shall be made of
aluminium/galvanized steel with steel flanges at both ends.
The fan motor shall be used FLP type also suitable for
single/two speed motor. The complete fan assembly with
casing, impeller and motor shall be used only imported also
tested at 250º C for 2 hours operation. Motor shall be TEFC

LOGIC CONTROL PLC PANEL to perform the logical operation
of speed change in fans from Low to high speed based on the
CO Level in the Basement. The control is envisaged for JET
Vent fans and Axial Fans. all these fans should also be
SWITCHED on in full speed incase of receipt of FIRE Signal. The
PLC will be with Logical Operation of pollution mode and FIRE
mode is desired from PLC. Vendor should submit SLD and GA
drawings for employers approval. PLC control panel will be
consisting of IP 54 or above enclosure HMI, IO blocks for
analogue and digital input output modules, status indicator
fault alarm and status, preloaded licensed life time HVAC
software to suit the control logic, Open protocol
communication module inserted in dedicated slot for

Terms & Conditions
1 :- PRICES - AS PER ANNEXTURE – 1
2 :- PACKING - Road worthy Packing (corrugated sheet and plastic paper) Or Wooden packing
charges will be Extra.
3 :- TRANSPORTATION - Transportation Charges is in client scope.
4 :- TERMS OF PAYMENT : 50% advance & balance against PI before Panel Dispatched.
5 :- DISPATCH - Delivery will be in 5 - 6 weeks after the final drawing approval.
6 :- SCOPE : The offer is only for supply of materials. The scope does not include any activity
related to installation or erection of the equipment supplied, nor supervision
and Commissioning of such installation. If such services are required, they are
quoted separately.
7 :- UNLOADING : Site Unloading and Shifting is in customer account.
8 :- INSPECTION - Inspect the panel as per your requirement at our factory only. If required site
visit then amount per person will be extra as per site location and to & fro per
day charges will be extra. (Loading, Boarding and Freight Charges Extra.)
9 :- VALIDITY - Our offer will remain open for your acceptance up to 15 days from the date of this
offer and subject to our confirmation thereafter.Any changes in project concept
will reflect in price and delivery schedule accordingly. We hope that our offer is as

10 :- DRAWINGS - We shall submit drawings for your approval within two weeks from the date of
receipt of PO and input drawings whichever is later. You will give us final
approval of drawings within one week from date of submission.
11 :- EQUIPMENT WARRANTY :- The Equipments supplied by us are covered by standard
manufacturer's warranty against any defects in design, material
and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date
of commissioning.
